We found that people who did daily 1- hour session contributed to sustained health and aid in the management of both acute and chronic conditions, including:
Indoor classes are held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM, at Allegro Ballroom, Richmond, CA while Outdoor classes begin at 9:00 AM in beautiful parks across El Cerrito, Berkeley, and Oakland
This is a volunteer-led community class, so there's no cost to participate. However, to experience a significant benefits, especially if you're new to these practices, we recommend trying it for at least 7 days.
